About Member Eligibility
As a provider, you and your designated Provider Office Staff (POS) or Trading Partner(s) can check to determine if a member is eligible for Medicaid services. You can search for up to 10 members at a time directly through the New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal. When the search results is displayed, you can view more detail including the confirmation number on the member by clicking the appropriate row. If the confirmation number is blank for member, it indicates that a member is ineligible for benefits for the time period requested.
If you leave all the input fields blank in the search criteria on any row when performing a search, an error message is displayed indicating that the required combination of Member ID, first name, last name and date of birth (DOB) is missing. The message also indicates which row contains the missing data.
Messages will also be given if the member is not found or there are multiple members found in NH MMIS.
