You use the My Account menu to change your password that is used to log into the New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal. If your user ID becomes locked, you need to contact your Organization Administrator to unlock your account first before changing the one-time-use password issued by the Organization Administrator.

If you also use the Automated Voice Response (AVR) system, you have a PIN that is used together with your provider ID for access. It is changed through that system and not online. However, if AVR access has been locked, the Organization Administrator for a provider can reset the provider organization’s AVR PIN using the New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal.
