How to Change Your Password

You change your password when your password expires, when you used a one-time password, when you received a message to change your password, or when you choose to change your password.

Before changing your password, choose one that follows these rules:

• At least 15 characters long.
• Password must contain at least one character from three of the following categories:
• Uppercase letters
• Lowercase letters
• Numbers
• Special characters, such as: !, $, #, or %
• Not a standard dictionary word.

• Must different from the last 12 passwords used

To change your password when prompted

1. On the Change Password page, enter your Current Password.
2. Enter your New Password.
3. To confirm the password, enter it again in the Confirm Password field.
4. Click Change.

Note: When you have an expired or one-time password, the New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal redirects you to the Login page. Otherwise, you are directed to the Home page

 

To change your password logging on

1. On the My Account menu, click Change Password.
2. On the Change Password page, enter your Current Password.
3. Enter your New Password.
4. To confirm the password, enter it again in the Confirm Password field.
5. Click Change.
