File Retrieval Mailbox Page
As a trading partner, you use this page to search for and retrieve X12 or proprietary transactions being sent to you. The File Retrieval Mailbox contains the following panels:
Search Criteria Fields

| X12 or Proprietary |
Indicates the kind of file for which you want to search. Options are:
Examples: 271 Eligibility Responses, 835 Remittance Advices, 824 Error Responses, 277 Claim Inquiry Responses, 278 Service Authorization Responses, 997 Functional Acknowledgements, 977 Acknowledgement Transactions |
| File Type | Specific type of file you are searching for and want to retrieve. |
| Begin Date | The starting date of the range for your search. |
| End Date | The ending date of the range for your search. |
| Show All | Indicates that the search results should include all files for the specific file type that are new (not previously downloaded) as well as previously downloaded. |
Search Results Fields

| Creation Date |
The date the file was created by Electronic Data Interchange. Note: Files are only available to be retrieved for 60 days. |
| File Name |
Specific name provided for the file. Links to the File Download window for that file. |
| File Size | The size of the file. |
