How to Manage a Submitted Claim
After a professional, dental or institutional claim is submitted, the Claim Submitted page is displayed. You use this page to print a copy of the claim, create a new claim from a processed claim, submit another claim or return to the Claims home page.
To manage the submitted claim
- On the Claim Submitted page, do any of the following:
To print the submission page, click Print Submission Page.
Note: You must attach this page to the front of any additional documentation that may be required.
- To create a new claim using the same information as the claim just submitted, click Create Claim from Processed Claim.
- To submit a new claim of the same claim type as the claim just submitted, click Submit Another Claim.
- To return to the Claims home page, click Claim Main Page.
