How to Upload X12 Transactions

As a trading partner, you can upload X12 batch formatted transmissions that is less than 10MB (or 10485760 bytes) through the New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal.

To upload an X12 transaction

On the EDI menu, click Upload X12.
On the Upload X12 page, do one of the following:
- In the File Path field, enter the filename.
  Tip: The maximum size for the filename is 80 characters.
- To locate the X12 file you need to upload, click Browse.
If you clicked Browse, do the one of following:
- In the Choose file window, find and select the filename and then click Open.
- In the Choose file window, enter the filename into the File name field and then click Open.
Click Submit.
On the Upload X12 Complete page, containing a verification message that your file has was successfully received and will be processed later, do one of the following:
- To upload another X12 transaction, click Upload Another File.
- To view recent messages or check for a confirmation report that your file was received, click Provider Message Center.
