How to View, Edit or Delete a Saved Template

After you have searched for a saved claim template, you can view, edit, or delete it.

Optionally, you can:

To manage an existing template

  1. Do one of the following:
    1. To view the template, click the tab to display its information.

      Tip: To view the other service information and TPL information for the template, from the Service Line Item panel on the Basic Claim Info tab, click Save & Add Other Svc Info/TPL. To return to the Basic Claim Info tab, click Save & Return to Basic Service Line Item.

    2. To delete the template, at the bottom of the template, click Delete.
    3. To edit a template, do the following:

      • On the Basic Info tab, edit the necessary fields.
      • To edit or add the other service information and TPL information, do the following:
        1. From the Service Line Item panel on the Basic Claim Info tab, click Save & Add Other Svc Info/TPL.
        2. To save the other service information and TPL information entered or updated, click Save Template.
        3. To return to the service line information and continue updating, click Save & Return to Basic Service Line Item.
      • On the Other Claim Info tab, edit the necessary fields.
      • Click Save Template.
