How to Add Attachments

You can attach documents located on your local computer.

You are allowed to select and attach a maximum of 25 (Twenty-five) rows. If you have to attach more documents, you will have to perform a save and return to the parent record, and then you can attach another 25 documents, if needed.

Optionally, you can:

• Detach documents. To detach the document from the record, on the Attachments panel, click Detach. The association to the record and the hyperlink to the document is removed, but the document remains in the Attachment table. (Detached documents will continue to list, but no longer viewable)
• Reset your entries. To display the information on the page or panel as it appeared when you last clicked Save, click Reset.
• Cancel your entries. To close the page or panel without saving your changes, click Cancel.
